Part-Full time office mangmer. The ideal person is a self starter that can be independantly productive and also directed sometime with tasks for logistics of services. Dutiues during business hours regularly will consist of:
- Responding to incoming emails and phone calls.
- Scheduling with customers
- Ordering from suppliers
- Lodgisitical coordination
- Customer service
- Internet/Computer
- Microsoft
- Google apps
- Apple phone
- Website mgmt/building
- Digital marketing and social media page mgmt
Position can be conducted remotly with reliable internt and phone reception. If a computer is needed one can be provided.
